1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PAYDENO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. Service Description
PAYDENO provides virtual credit card services that can be funded with USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Our services include:
- Virtual credit card issuance
- Cryptocurrency to card balance conversion
- Card management tools and transaction monitoring
- Customer support services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
3. User Responsibilities and Compliance
You are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Meeting tax reporting requirements in your country
- Understanding and adhering to cryptocurrency regulations
- Ensuring your use of our services is legal in your location
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities conducted through your account
We do not provide legal or tax advice. Consult with qualified professionals regarding your obligations.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for:
- Any illegal activities or transactions
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Circumventing sanctions or embargoes
- Gambling where prohibited by law
- Purchasing illegal goods or services
- Violating merchant terms or chargeback abuse
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
5. Fees and Charges
Our current fee structure:
- Card issuance: $7 USD (one-time)
- Top-up fee: 5% of loaded amount
- Monthly maintenance: $0
Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice. Network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are separate and paid directly to the blockchain network.
6. Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:
- You violate these terms or applicable laws
- We suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Your account remains inactive for extended periods
Upon termination, remaining card balances may be returned at our discretion, minus applicable fees and potential penalties.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We provide services "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations
- We are not liable for merchant disputes, declined transactions, or card blocks
- We are not responsible for network fees or blockchain delays
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Tax Responsibilities
Important Tax Notice:
- You are solely responsible for determining and paying all applicable taxes
- This includes income tax, capital gains tax, VAT, and any other taxes
- We do not provide tax reporting services or advice
- You must maintain your own transaction records for tax purposes
- We may provide transaction history upon request, but this is not tax advice

9. Risk Disclosure
By using our services, you acknowledge these risks:
- Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and may result in losses

- Your local laws may prohibit or restrict cryptocurrency use
- You assume all risks associated with using our services
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be:

- Resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings
- Limited to individual claims (no class actions)
By using our services, you waive your right to jury trial and class action lawsuits.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Government actions or regulatory changes
- Network outages or technical failures
- Natural disasters or acts of war
- Blockchain network issues or congestion
- Third-party service provider failures
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
